I'm a technologist and developer at heart with 12+ years of experience on the Russian and European IT markets. Passionate to work in mixed responsibilities environment (team leading, architecture, customer facing) within distributed multicultural teams. Focused on delivering complex projects from start to finish as well as refactoring legacy software systems. Strong value adder to the project. Have a deep understanding of a project life cycle from different angles: developer, system administrator, IT-support, project manager, client. Able to think out of box. Self education addict.
