View DB2 version with SQL command

Start from DB2 9.7 developers added the "create or replace" command.
Working from SQL it is possible to get the DB2 version:

SELECT service_level, fixpack_num FROM TABLE
  (sysproc.env_get_inst_info())
  as INSTANCEINFO
